ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

• Please arrive at Vallarta Adventures check-in point 30 minutes before departure.
• Maximum weight: 265 lbs / 120 kg.
• Minimum age: 8 years old.
• Minimum height: 4 ft / 1.2 m. All children will be measured upon arrival.
• Child prices apply to ages 8 to 11. Adult prices apply to ages 12 and older.
• ATV drivers must be 18 years old or older and present a valid driver's license. Driver's permits are not allowed.
• A $40 USD per vehicle insurance for collision/damage will be charged at check-in. This is not refundable.
• For safety reasons, the use of cameras, including cell phones, GoPro, and drones, is not permitted.
• Expecting mothers and persons with back or neck, heart, balance, or/and dizziness conditions are restricted from this activity.
• Cruise ship passengers must book through their cruise line's shore excursions page. The time options presented on this site may conflict with cruise ship arrival or departure schedules.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR THE EXTREME ADVENTURE ZIPLINE TOUR?

Zip lining is a fun-filled adventure in the forest, so you should wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty. In addition to zip lining, you may be participating in off-roading, water sliding, and more, so keep these activities in mind as you prepare for your journey. We require closed-toe shoes for your safety.

SHOULD I BRING SPARE CLOTHES? WHERE CAN I CHANGE?

Yes, bringing spare clothes is recommended because you'll likely get dirty while zip-lining or completing some of the other activities. Changing rooms are available at the base camp if you would like to switch clothes at the end of your excursion.

DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL ACTIVITIES?

Not necessarily. We want Extreme Adventure to be an enjoyable experience for everyone in the family. Therefore, we have designed the circuit in such a way that the activities are optional, and you have the freedom to choose whether you want to participate in all of them or skip some. You decide how to live this adventure!

WHERE IS THE EXTREME ADVENTURE PARK LOCATED?

The tour is located in the beautifully lush Sierra Madre mountains, a 1-hour drive from Vallarta.

WHAT IS THE $ 40 USD INSURANCE FOR?

The $40 Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is a safety net against potential damages to the adventure vehicles. This insurance provides you with peace of mind by covering up to $400 USD for exterior and interior damages from collisions.

This charge isn't part of the initial tour fee, is not refundable, and should be settled at check-in.

If the damage repair valuation exceeds the coverage, the driver will be liable to settle the remaining balance on the tour day. The CDW does not cover any medical expenses incurred as a result of an accident in the vehicle.
